Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vantorus Studio ("we") collects through this website and our apps, why, and the choices you have. It applies to every app we publish unless an app's App Store listing says otherwise.

The short version

• We collect only what an app needs to work, plus anonymous crash and usage data to fix bugs.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• Apple and Roblox process all payments. We never see your card details.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

This website

This site sets no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Information our apps collect

Content you choose to share

Some apps work with photos or files you select, such as a receipt you scan. We use them only to provide the feature you asked for. If an app sends results to a service like Google Sheets, it does so only after you sign in to that service and grant access, and only to the sheet you choose.

Account information

If an app offers an account, we store your email address and the data you save in the app so it syncs across your devices.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm which purchases belong to which device. It receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase records, not your name or payment details.

Crash reports and usage

We use Sentry for crash reports and PostHog for product analytics. These tell us things like which screen crashed or how many people finish a level. We don't use them to identify you personally.

Ads in games

Our games may offer optional rewarded ads. Ad networks may collect a device advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized.

Roblox games

Our Roblox games run on Roblox. Roblox handles accounts, chat, parental controls and Robux purchases under its own privacy policy. To save your progress, we store your Roblox user ID and in-game data such as your shop, cards and coins. We don't collect names, emails or phone numbers in our Roblox games.

How we use information

• To provide and improve our apps.
• To fix crashes and bugs.
• To answer support requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the apps (such as Supabase for storage, RevenueCat, Sentry, PostHog and Cloudflare), and only as needed for their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Crash and analytics data is kept for up to 12 months. When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days.

Children

Our iPhone apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Our Roblox games are open to Roblox players of all ages; Roblox manages their accounts and age settings, and we collect only the in-game data described above. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@vantorus.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the affected app.
