These terms cover your use of this website and the apps published by Vantorus Studio ("we"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Apple's license terms

Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement controls for App Store apps.

Roblox games

Our Roblox games are also governed by the Roblox Terms of Use. Robux purchases are processed and refunded by Roblox.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Apple processes all payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your iPhone settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

• Don't use our apps to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't try to reverse engineer, copy or resell the apps.
• Don't interfere with the apps' servers or other players.

Your content

You own what you create or upload. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the features you use.

Virtual items

In-game currency and items have no cash value and can't be exchanged outside the game.

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they will be error-free. Results from tools like receipt scanning should be checked before you rely on them for taxes or accounting.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
