Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Pick the app and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly, but email us and we'll help.
How do I delete my data?
Email us from the address tied to your account, or include the account ID shown in the app's Settings. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Is Fuseborn free?
Yes. Fuseborn is free to play on Roblox. Optional purchases use Robux and are handled by Roblox, so questions about Robux charges or refunds go to Roblox support.
